Oral Pathology Symposium
The course will focus on 7 topics including immune-mediated lesions, traumatic lesions, radiographic lesions, pigmented oral lesions, skin lesions, neoplasms and infections. Numerous clinical images will be provided to give the clinician a thorough review of the selected topics. The instructors will review appropriate therapy and management suggestions of these lesions.
Digital and Conventional Radiology (RAD) for the Dental Assistant
This course will provide training for auxiliary personnel in the technique of accurate intraoral dental radiography. Practical experience will be provided in radiographic technique, darkroom procedures, and mounting intraoral x-rays. The long cone paralleling technique will be emphasized. The bisecting the angle technique will be presented in theory and in practice.
