Overview

How do we tackle our forever changed dental world and become better dentists at the same time? This fast-paced presentation provides concrete tips to make every dental day better via new techniques, practice management tips, and the best, most economical products for every task. Our new normal requires more efficiency and greater speed using skills and materials we may not have used three months ago. We also have to be prepared to treat an influx of severe wear cases. About the Presenter

Peter Auster, DMD, FACD, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, previously served two terms as a director and one term as leadership committee chair of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). He is founder and past-president of the Greater New York Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and was selected as the AACD 2015 Humanitarian of the Year. Dr. Auster recently completed his 11th year doing volunteer dentistry in Jamaica. He is a Dawson Academy Scholar and a winner of an ADA Certificate for International Voluntary Service. In 2017, Dentistry Today named Dr. Auster as a “Leader in Continuing Education”. He has written many articles for dental journals including the February 2019 Dentistry Today cover article “Evolution and Revolution: Groundbreaking Changes in Composite Dentistry”.

If a course is canceled, the Academy will refund the full tuition. If you cancel your registration, the Academy will refund the tuition you paid (minus an administrative cancellation fee). We must receive your written cancellation request no later than June 12, 2020 via email at CDE@lsuhsc.edu. If LSU Health New Orleans CDE receives notification of your cancellation after the specified deadline, this will result in forfeiture of your entire tuition.
